Accepted forms of payment
Cash, certified check, bank transfer (contact us for instructions), and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with proper identification. Invoices over $1,000 must be paid by cash, certified check, bank check or wire transfer. Berner’s reserves the right to hold merchandise until payment has cleared.
Pick up
Pick-up hours are Monday–Wednesday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM–12:00 PM (Thursday is auction day — no pick-ups). We’re at the Heart of Ohio Antique Center, 4785 E. National Road, Springfield, OH 45505 — drive around the right side of the building and enter through the double doors below the black awning. Please call or email in advance.
Shipping
We don’t ship in-house but work closely with the Fairborn UPS Store #3844 for packing and shipping. If you’re outside the Dayton–Springfield area, paid items are forwarded to UPS automatically; the store contacts you with the total and all shipping fees are paid directly to them. Contact the UPS Store at (937) 754-9999 for an estimate before bidding on large or fragile items.
